After losing her baby daughter, Megan, in 2007 her whole life changed. As part of her healing, Johann found a new holistic way of being. She discovered the innate healing power we all have to overcome any obstacle with a positive outlook. Johann discovered the power of the mind can change our perspectives hugely. Our nutrition, movement and especially sleep collectively enable us to be healthy overall, mentally and physically and therefore happy.
Johann says “I believe that anybody with the right attitude, knowledge and inspiration can improve their quality of life and sleep better but you must believe that this is possible for you. When you understand how your mind has the power to enable you to achieve anything, then this is the first step to recovery and healing. You see, when you know what you want and why, this sets an intention together with a deep desire to achieving it. Making small simple changes to your lifestyle activities, daily habits and re-programming your mind can ultimately result in achieving what seems the impossible. It’s that simple! Johann has created an online #SleepSucccess program called Empowering Sleep Success, together with tools, videos and worksheets to help empower you through this process and get the results you want! She is so excited to see the amazing results people are getting from her 12 Week Empowering Sleep Success group coaching online program.
Following Johann’s book, she has now turned this into a workshop and various online training programs. She also speaks passionately about sleep, health and happiness at seminars, corporate talks and speaking events.
