Understanding sleep as a weight management tool – how you can enhance your sleep and how that can help you be more effective at reducing weight gain and burning fat….and most of this has to do with your hormones.

When sleep goes down, weight goes up. Your diet and exercise alone does not impact it more than sleep does.

Sleep helps regulate hormones that control appetite and metabolism and help to burn fat.
