Celeste Albrecht offers private and group Qi Gong practice sessions. Qi Qong can help you move your body's energy optimally, strengthen your immune system, balance your emotions, relax your mind and muscles, relieve stress and enhance your ability to keep your body healthy. 

Celeste is inspired by Chunyi Lin, Qigong Grand Master & Founder of Spring Forest QiQong.

Celeste trained at The Royal Ballet School in London and danced professionally in Europe and South Africa. After finishing her dancing career she became a registered teacher of The Royal Academy of Dance, London. She opened her own Ballet School in Germany and taught successfully for many years.
